# Realm inside RFPs

> Chat with Realm to get help right on the RFP page you are working on

## Realm helps where you work

Realm can [chat](/chat/overview) with you right on the RFP page. It knows which page you are on and what is visible, so you can point at your work instead of describing it: "Why is this answer marked low quality?" or "Summarize what changed in this section" work without any setup.

<Steps>
  <Step title="Click the chat button">
    Select the chat button in the page header. Realm opens in a panel next to your work.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Ask about what you see">
    The panel lists what Realm can do on the current page. Ask in plain language.
  </Step>
</Steps>

## Realm takes action on the page

Beyond answering, Realm works the RFP with you. It sees the open table, its sections, the rows in view, and who is working on them, and it can:

* Explain an answer or a requirement
* Assign responders and reviewers, and set review status
* Edit answers, with each edit saved as a version you can restore
* Fill or regenerate chosen rows or a whole section in one batch, with an optional shared instruction
* Apply filters and take you to the right section
* Review answers and suggest improvements

<Tip>
  Try: "Assign all unanswered rows in this section to Maria" or "Regenerate the rows I have selected with a more formal tone."
</Tip>

## You stay in control

Batch fills, comments, and attachment changes first show an approval card listing the exact rows, people, and values involved — nothing is written until you approve. Assignments, review status changes, and answer edits apply immediately as you watch, and every answer edit is saved as a version you can restore.

Once a change lands, everyone viewing the same questionnaire sees it without reloading.

For grid navigation, review flows, and exporting, see [Completing an RFP](/rfp/filling-rfps).
