# RFP settings

> Configure default settings for your organization RFP workflow

As an administrator, you can configure default settings for your organization's RFP workflow to ensure consistency and streamline the process for all users.

To access these settings, navigate to **Settings** > **Organization** > **RFP settings**.

## Available RFP settings

* **Default RFP assistant**: Choose the default AI assistant that will be used to answer RFPs across your organization. This is set to Realm by default, but you can select a custom-built agent tailored for your use cases.
* **Require explicit approval for export**: When enabled, RFPs must receive explicit approval before they can be exported. When disabled, RFPs can be exported at any time without requiring approval. This setting applies to all newly created RFPs.
* **Enable reviewers**: When enabled, questionnaires show a Reviewer column where you can assign a dedicated reviewer for each answer. Reviewers can approve the rows they are assigned to.

## Role settings

Role settings allow you to control what different users can do within an RFP.

Approving rows is always available to project members and to the person assigned to a row, so it is not configured here. When you turn on **Enable reviewers**, the assigned reviewer for a row can also approve it.

**Organization roles** define what actions are available to different user types across the organization. You can manage permissions for the default Owner and Member roles, or create custom roles with Add role.

| Can manage project members | Add or remove members on an RFP. |
| Can delete projects        | Delete an RFP.                   |
| Can mark RFP completed     | Mark the entire RFP as complete. |
