# Reviewing tenders

> Find tenders, record your team's decisions, read the documents, and start a project

## Choose a tab

* **Relevant tenders:** Open tenders within your [evaluation criteria](https://docs.withrealm.com/tenders/evaluation.md), grouped by relevance label. Review tenders here. To see one market, pick a [queue](https://docs.withrealm.com/tenders/queues-and-alerts.md).
* **All tenders:** Every tender, whatever its fit. The tab starts filtered to your criteria, **Tender** type, and **Upcoming** deadlines.

When a tender's deadline passes, it leaves **Relevant tenders**. To find it, open **All tenders** and select **Past (up to 1 year old)** under **Deadline**. The tab's other filters still apply.

## Decide on a tender

A tender's status is **To review**, **Tracked**, or **Not relevant**. Status is shared across your organization.

A tender leaves **To review** for everyone when someone tracks it, marks it **Not relevant**, or creates a project from it.

## Assign people and comment

Assignees and comments are under **Details** > **Team**. Neither changes the status or sends a notification.

Only a comment's author can edit or delete the comment.

## Read the documents

Tracking a tender fetches its documents. To get them without tracking, click **Fetch documents**.

Some tenders show **Open portal** instead, or have no **Documents** section.

## Pick a display language

Click the language button in the page header. It starts on **Original language**.

Your choice applies only to you. Realm translates titles and descriptions, not documents.

## Ask the chat

Click the chat icon in the page header. You can ask the chat to:

* Find and rank relevant tenders
* Explain why a tender fits
* Read a tender's documents
* Track a tender or mark it **Not relevant**
* Create a project from a tender

## Create a project

Click **Create project** on the tender. Awarded and past-deadline tenders can't become projects.

The project is named after the buyer and the tender. It gets the tender's deadline and a **Tender portal** tab. Some projects also get the tender's documents in **Files**.

To give teammates access, see [Creating a project](https://docs.withrealm.com/rfp/filling-rfps.md#creating-a-project).

To find the tender again, open the project's **Tender portal** tab.

To continue, see [Filling RFPs](https://docs.withrealm.com/rfp/filling-rfps.md) or [Go/No-Go analysis](https://docs.withrealm.com/rfp/go-no-go.md).

## Keyboard shortcuts

| Shortcut | Action |

* Next and previous work only in the **Relevant tenders** list.
* Shortcuts don't fire while you type in a field.
* To see this list in the app, click **?** in the top toolbar of **Relevant tenders** or a tender page.

To change a shortcut, go to **Settings** > **My Account** > **Keyboard shortcuts**. Next and previous can't be changed.
