Managing profiles
Administrators manage profiles under Settings > RFP settings > Answer profiles. Each profile has:- Name, for example “Enterprise RFPs” or “Public sector”.
- Answer length: Concise covers the pertinent facts in as few words as possible. Detailed expands on how the requirement is met, using the specifics in your sources.
- Instructions: free-form writing guidance, such as “Write in the first person plural. Refer to the product by its full name.”
Testing a profile
Open a profile and expand Test this profile. Paste an RFP question, or pick one from your Answer Library or the example questions, and click Generate answers. Realm answers the question from your knowledge using the profile as it is saved and again using your unsaved draft, side by side, so you can see what an instruction changes before you save it. Nothing is written to any RFP.Choosing a profile
- RFP: in the RFP’s settings, pick the profile for that RFP. It defaults to the organization default.
- Section: in the fill bar, a section can pick its own profile, overriding the RFP’s.
- Single answer: when regenerating an answer, choose a profile for that regeneration only.
