The Answer quality score helps you quickly assess how reliable an AI-generated answer is. The score appears next to each answer in the RFP grid. A detailed breakdown is available in the Answer details panel. The score is based on two factors, and a separate Partial answer marker shows when an answer skips part of the question.

Trustworthiness

Evaluates the quality of the sources used to generate the answer. Sources are ranked in tiers. For example, answers grounded in verified past RFPs or your organization context are considered more reliable than informal sources like Slack conversations.

Sensitivity

Highlights questions that may require human judgment. Topics like pricing, security details, or company-specific information are often marked as sensitive.

Score levels

Scores are shown on a four-level scale: Very High, High, Medium, and Low. Lower scores indicate answers that should be reviewed more carefully.

Partial answers

When a question asks for several things and the answer covers only some of them, Realm marks the answer as Partial answer under its quality score. Hover over the marker to see which parts of the question the answer does not address. The Quality tab in the Answer details panel lists the same parts next to the explanation. Use the Partial answer option in the Answer quality filter to find every partial answer in an RFP. Parts of the question that do not apply, such as a comment column that only needs a value when the answer is “No”, are not counted as missing.
