What the score checks
Realm reads the answer together with the question, the RFP’s instructions and the sources the answer cites. It then checks the answer against these points:
Sources such as verified past RFPs, your organization context and the RFP’s own custom instructions count as evidence, like any other cited document.
Score levels
Scores are shown on a four-level scale: Very High, High, Medium, and Low. Lower scores indicate answers that should be reviewed more carefully. A Low score often means the answer is empty or does not answer the question. An answer that states commercial terms, such as prices or discounts, is scored at most Medium. So is an answer that says you do not meet a mandatory, certification, regulatory or security requirement. A person on your team should approve these answers before they go out, even when the sources support them.Reading the Quality tab
The Quality tab lists:- Issues: each problem the check found, such as Unsupported claim, Missing part or Needs input, with a short explanation.
- Why not Very High: what kept the score below Very High when it is not an issue, for example commercial terms.
