If your knowledge base contains documents in several languages, Realm can search it in all of them. Navigate to Settings > Organization and pick the languages under Search languages.
When a search runs, Realm translates the query into each selected language and searches with every version. Results from all languages are combined, so a question asked in English can still find a document written in, say, Finnish or German.
When to use it
Select a language when a meaningful part of your knowledge base is written in it. There is no need to select the language your team usually writes queries in, searches always run with the original query too.
Selecting many languages adds a small amount of time to each search, so only select languages your knowledge base actually contains. You can select up to 5 languages.
