Connect Clari (Copilot) to Realm to make call recordings, transcripts, and insights searchable. Navigate to Settings > Data sources and click Connect on Clari, or click Manage if already connected.

Connecting Clari

Connect Clari using an API key. On the data source page, enter:
  1. API key and API secret
  2. Domain (defaults to https://rest-api.copilot.clari.com)

Permissions

Realm enforces Clari’s native permission model. Users can only see calls they have access to in Clari, including private call restrictions. You can override this by switching to “Everyone in this organization” on the data source settings page, which makes all synced Clari data visible to all Realm users.
