Connect Slab to Realm to make knowledge base posts and topics searchable. Navigate to Settings > Data sources and click Connect on Slab, or click Manage if already connected.

Connect Slab using an API token. On the data source page, enter your Slab API token and click Submit. The person connecting should be a Slab workspace admin.

Permissions

Realm enforces Slab’s native permission model, including topic-level privacy settings (public, private, and secret topics). Users can only see posts from topics they have access to in Slab. You can override this by switching to “Everyone in this organization” on the data source settings page, which makes all synced Slab data visible to all Realm users.
