Connect Intercom to Realm to make conversations and tickets searchable. Navigate to Settings > Data sources and click Connect on Intercom, or click Manage if already connected.
The Intercom data source is in beta.

Connecting Intercom

Connect Intercom using an API key. On the data source page, enter your Intercom access token and click Submit. To get an access token, create an app in the Intercom Developer Hub and copy the access token.

Permissions

All synced Intercom data is visible to users with an Intercom account in your organization.
You can override this by switching to “Everyone in this organization” on the data source settings page, which makes all synced Intercom data visible to all Realm users.
The initial sync can take from hours to multiple days depending on the volume of conversations and tickets.
