Connect Chorus to Realm to make call recordings and transcripts searchable. Navigate to Settings > Data sources and click Connect on Chorus, or click Manage if already connected.

Connect Chorus using an API key. On the data source page, enter your Chorus API key and click Submit.

Permissions

All synced Chorus data is visible to call participants and users with access in Chorus. You can override this by switching to “Everyone in this organization” on the data source settings page, which makes all synced Chorus data visible to all Realm users.
