Vitally - Realm Docs

Connect Vitally to Realm to make customer accounts, notes, tasks, meetings, and meeting transcripts searchable. Navigate to Settings > Data sources and click Connect on Vitally, or click Reconnect if already connected.

Connecting Vitally

Connect Vitally using an API key. On the data source page, enter:

Subdomain - Your Vitally subdomain
Region - US or EU

What gets synced

Reconnecting an invalid API key

If your Vitally API key is revoked or rotated, Realm stops the sync, marks the data source as disconnected, and notifies organization admins. Enter a valid API key on the Vitally data source page to resume syncing.

Permissions

All synced Vitally data is visible to all Realm users.
