Countries and CPV codes decide which open tenders get a relevance label. The solution description decides which label each tender gets.

Open the criteria

Open Tender Discovery > Relevant tenders.
  • Before setup, click Set up tender evaluation criteria.
  • After setup, click Evaluation criteria in the page header.
Anyone in your organization who can open Tender Discovery can edit the criteria.

Set the criteria

Where you sell: Pick at least one country. Realm labels only tenders from buyers there. What you sell: Click Select CPV codes. CPV codes are the standard categories buyers use to describe a tender.
  • With no codes (All categories), Realm labels tenders in every category.
  • With codes, Realm labels tenders that have one of those exact codes. It also labels tenders with no CPV code.
A selected code does not cover the codes below it. The checkbox selects one code. The +N button beside it adds its sub-codes. Solution description: Required. It may start filled in from your organization profile. Realm labels each tender against this text, so state:
  • What you sell
  • What you partly cover
  • What you do not sell
  • What you do not bid on

Preview before you save

A bar appears below the form while you have unsaved criteria. Click Preview changes to see how your unsaved criteria would label open tenders. Nothing is saved. The bar then shows how many tenders move down, move up, or stay unchanged. If tenders moved, click Review N changes to see them.

After you save

  • New solution description: Realm labels all open tenders in your criteria again.
  • Changed CPV codes or an added country: Realm labels only tenders that are new to your criteria.
  • Removed country: Nothing is labeled again. That country’s tenders leave Relevant tenders.
Tenders you track stay in Tracked even if they no longer fit your criteria.

Relevance labels

To review hides Low tenders unless you pick Low under Relevance in the filter menu.
